WOW Another amazing year!! Thanks to all 200 Realtors that stopped by our booth to learn more about the importance of home staging and preparing your listings from the start. The most frequently asked question we were asked was "How much does it cost and is it worth it?" I LOVED this question because education is power and seeing all these motivated realtors wanting to learn more was very exciting for me.

Ultimately we discussed that every home will have different needs and we will help determine those needs during our initial consultation. Then we'll provide a formal quote to transform the property right from the start. We really pride ourselves on ensuring that the decision making rooms are properly staged so they have an emotional connection to the buyer. Just having a couch and pillows in the room is a waste of money for not only the client but also the Realtors time.

Proper staging is about 1% of the list price depending on the home and is less than the FIRST price reduction which can be $5,000 -$10,000 depending on the type of home listed.
