Capital Home Staging & Design has invested thousands of dollars into our large inventory selection so our clients do not have to purchase items for the purpose of sale. We always try and use the owners own items throughout the home so we can keep costs down and still showcase the home in a way that appeals to the majority of buyers. The inventory is available to home sellers that are lacking the finishing touches for the home if it’s required.

Obtaining quotes from multiple companies is like comparing apples to oranges!
This is a CREATIVE industry yes the product in the end will be beautiful but products and what stagers charge for the items are different (once company can be priced extremely low but bring in few items another can be priced high but show it off to the nines so be careful when comparing because it doesn’t work like you think it would) Unlike a painter or a home inspector staging with inventory is NOT a set fee it’s impossible to do so as each property will require different products.
How can you choose the RIGHT property to stage with? Don’t compare numbers compare what truly matters: the number of jobs performed, credentials, testimonials, portfolio etc. this is key to finding the best stager in the city!
