As an investor in real estate you have spent a lot of time, money,
and effort into updating and making your investment property a
good investment. Once you are done and ready to list your home,
do not over look home staging. Staging is the most important aspect
of selling a home for top dollar and fast in any market. Did you
know that 90% of buyers Can NOT envision the potential of the

were never staged so they sat on the market for a long period
of time. As soon as those properties were taken off the market
and staged, or even staged from day one, the time on the market

carrying cost.

Use
this simple formula to determine how much you will save by staging
your home or listing before putting it on the market:
Mortgage
+ expenses (utilities etc.) = Monthly expenses
Monthly expenses X 4 months (avg. time un-staged) = Cost to list
house UN-staged
Savings:
Expenses x 1 month (average time on market reduced) – staging
fee = Savings if you stage your house first!
Note:
If you have a price reduction you can also add that into the loss
you are taking by listing a property UN-staged
